    سعادة الدكتور هادي بن علي اليامي

    المدير التنفيذي للهيئة الدائمة المستقلة لحقوق الإنسان بمنظمة التعاون الإسلامي 

     

    لدى سعادة الدكتور هادي بن علي اليامي خبرة مؤسساتية تمتد لأكثر من ثلاثة عقود في مجال حقوق الإنسان في العالم الإسلامي من خلال عمله في مؤسسات تشريعية وحقوقية على المستويات الوطنية والإقليمية والدولية. عين سعادته مديراً تنفيذياً للهيئة الدائمة المستقلة لحقوق الإنسان بمنظمة التعاون الإسلامي في سبتمبر 2025م. وقبل تعيينه، كان الدكتور اليامي عضواً في مجلس الشورى للدورتين السابعة والثامنة (2016 – 2024 م) ورئيساً للجنة حقوق الإنسان بالمجلس، كما تولّى منصب رئيس لجنة حقوق الانسان العربية بجامعة الدول العربية (2014-2017 م) وعضوية هيئة حقوق الإنسان السعودية وهيئة الهلال الأحمر السعودي. يتميز د. اليامي برؤية عملية تسندها خبرة طويلة في مجال حقوق الإنسان ساهمت في تطوير العمل الحقوقي العربي وتعزيز الآليات الرقابية والإجرائية ذات الصلة.

    وعلى الصعيد العلمي، حصل الدكتور هادي اليامي على درجة الدكتوراه في القانون، ويعمل أكاديميًا وأستاذًا في القانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان، وله إسهامات بحثية وفكرية معروفة في مجالات التشريع والعدالة وحقوق الإنسان. وقد انعكس هذا التنوع العلمي والعملي على دوره القيادي في تطوير الهياكل والآليات الحقوقية، وبناء شراكات واسعة مع المؤسسات الوطنية، الإقليمية والدولية.
